In the caption, it is stated that the character is an OC (original character) by Villify, the person who handles media (tumbler in specific) for engie.

hark*tits*hark! I love how you can have such nice details at the picture, especially i enjoy the shadowing of the clothes. Too bad I don't know any usable words to fit in about this, but hey, at least i make it simple!
Oh, I feel that the eyes could be outlined a little bit more, especially the one at the left side, 'cause it just doesn't seem to fit in with the more detailed body. And the shadowing of the arm seems a wee tad... unrefined, if that is an usable word. Same as the eye, it just doesn't fit to the more detailed bodyparts and clothes. Maybe try to make the lines more sharp, as that would fit with the background? (I can't draw personally, i just wanted to try to give some constructive criticism :O)

What are those scratches from (they only seem to be on her stomach) and why is she playig with potentially dangerous green goop?

Also this cam out well, very visually pleasing.

This is AMAZING. I LOVE the green goop on the floor and her clothes. There are a lot of intriguing questions here ...

can I ask, what are the scratches on her stomach from??

This is absolutely beautiful! (-secretly steals for wallpaper useage-) The only thing that could be done to possibly improve this to expand the radioactive green glow where the light hits? Does that make sense? I'm guessing that the light source is coming from the container and the light it gives off would be green so... everything would have that kind of effect. Everything else is just perfect! I'm so jelly >w< wish someone of such talent would draw a character of mine.

I don't quite know what you'r referencing. The green goop is from the container yes, and as is the glow. But radio-active items don't all give off a glow. o-o

I think she's talking about how the light doesn't seem to radiate (excuse the pun) from the container, but rather it seems to come from everywhere and not really centre on anything. Plus her body doesn't reflect the green hue of the light.

I'm not sure if the goop is supposed to be the source of the glow, but if it is, then that's what she's talking about.

I see what you both are getting at, and perhaps I didn't do so well on the perspective, but the character is poised in-front of the canister. Which the canister IS the source of the light, but if you look to the right of the picture, you will notice the goo is not illuminant.

So to excuse myself, if she is posed in-front of the canister, so-long as it is the only source of light other than perhaps reflected light from whatever is poised before her, you would only see her back and the side facing the canister illuminated with that greenish hue.

Is it hot in here, or is it the radio active liquid?
